You have discovered a loving Resource Centre for all women,
with an understanding for those experiencing health conditions
that bring challenges to our lives.
How many of us refer to our life or ourselves as 'Beautiful'? If you do, I celebrate that! If you find that you would like to, although somehow you aren't quite able to... and that you may like some help along the way, then this is a great site for you to have found!
Here you will find inspiration to help you make any changes you might like to so that you too can say 'I am Beautiful'. On this site, I am sharing many of the wonderful ways I have found on my own journey to enhance my experience of being open to the beauty and joy that is everywhere.
If you want to take it a step further, please contact me about the 'Creative Collaboration' service I provide. This works on the same principle as coaching. I call it 'Creative Collaboration' as it describes the aim of our connection, that which is an equal collaboration between both you and me, working together creatively to identify and empower your new choices. As well as supporting women from all walks of life who are ready to choose to break free of limiting habits so that they can live fuller, happier, richer lives, I have particular understanding of women who are experiencing illness, and can relate to how much effort even the thought of making new choices can be. Together we can create a pace that works for each woman to reflect the unique being she is! As one of my favourite authors, SARK, points out, when we are creating change in our lives, it can happen by 'Micromovements' as well as at a faster pace. I support that, and I support the way each and every woman chooses to live a nourishing life. We have all of our own answers within our hearts... and if I can assist you in arriving at that inner-knowing for yourself, then it adds all the more to my own beautiful life.
