Jay and Kay invite you to join them in a beautiful, luscious heart space dedicated to the Yoni, a sacred, symbolic gateway into the depths of woman as the goddess she is. Envelop yourself in the sumptiousness created for your sensual enjoyment, and experience a collection of art inspired by friendship, transformation and the journey of celebrating and loving ourselves.
Jay and Kay met in 1998 at the Glastonbury Goddess Conference and have been friends ever since.
Jay is an inspirer of transformational journeys, and loves to create spaces of sanctuary and healing. Her art is a way of exploring her experience of life, and she is passionate about encouraging others to discover, honour and express their own uniqueness. Jay celebrates the journey of healing through coming home to self-awareness, and this is her current focus.
Kay is an artist and healer and enjoys creating spaces where people can relax and regenerate. She loves collecting objects especially fabric and transforming them into pieces of art. She also runs workshops and retreats for women that explore the feminine cycle, she can be contacted at www.red-spiral.co.uk

~ Loving the Woman I Am ~
So often in life we focus on the outer world for love.
Giving of ourselves to others can be a generous, joyful and loving experience. It can also be disappointing, draining and expectant of another to give us appreciation and a sense of value. In this workshop, we will focus on giving ourselves the loving words of appreciation and value, that will empower us to live authentically and honestly as women, where we can share the love in our hearts with others, knowing that we are unique and special as we are.
We will be using writing and creativity, and is perfect for women who keep journals and for those who want to affirm the love they need to feel for themselves.
