Beautiful You
What is Beauty?
Beauty, for me, is a personal perspective. When experiencing something or someone as beautiful, it speaks of the perception of the one who is having the experience. I see it not as a judgement, rather as a state. There is beauty in everyone and everything. When we are living from this place, where beauty is seen and experienced in each moment, or at least lots of moments, life becomes effortless. Life becomes joy.
When life feels heavy, stressful and too fast, seeing and feeling the beauty can feel much less likely. Living your life in alignment with your heart's truth will bring you more happiness, and when this happens, the beauty radiates out from your core and into the world. You shine!
When you are in touch with beauty, of your own and around you, you feel at peace. And you treat yourself with kindness and love automatically and effortlessly.
My guidance to you on living with beauty in your heart is to open yourself to a deeper connection to life. It relies upon you discovering what your values are and asking yourself if you are living them. When we live out of alignment with what is important to us, we feel out of sorts, and consequently feel stressed and anxious. With modern life, and all that we attempt to juggle, its not surprising that we become disconnected from our deeper self. Chronic stress, especially when it becomes illness, is communicating to us that we are not taking the time to listen inwardly and to be true to ourselves.
We are all more beautiful than we can imagine!
Uncover your own beauty, feel your own beauty, and celebrate your own beauty!
When beauty and joy touches our lives, our health improves, our happiness improves, and our relationships improve!
